When I founded Carlson Consulting Collective, my vision was never to create another consulting firm.

It was to build a trusted advisory partner that helps organizations strengthen their people, improve their operations, and build lasting legacies.

Today, our work focuses on strategic operations, leadership, organizational development, and business systems. Those services will always remain the foundation of Carlson Consulting Collective.

As our firm continues to grow, so will our advisory capabilities.

Over the coming year, I'm pursuing the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential to further strengthen our ability to support clients with executive-level human resources strategy.

This isn't a change in direction.

It's a natural evolution.

The strongest organizations understand that operational excellence and people strategy are inseparable. Sustainable growth requires both.

When these new services launch, clients can expect expanded advisory support in areas such as:

These services are currently in development and will be introduced following completion of the SHRM-SCP certification.  Expected Launch is mid to late 2027.
